Required Skills/Experience:
In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to.
At least 1 year of experience or ability to function very well independently.
Special Requests:
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit.
If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift.
Unit Details:
Patient population includes physically disabled hospitalized patients, with a focus on maximizing functional status.
Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs; participating in discharge planning; performing administrative duties; and participating in performance improvement.
Caseload is 6- 8 patients a day.
ReDoc is used for outpatient documentation.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday through Thursday 8a-6p or 7a-5p.
Weekend shifts required.
