Additional Details:
Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Start IVs, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes.
Unit Details: Neuro Med/Surg unit. Tech support on day shift and night shift; unit secretary 7a-7p. Uses IV pumps, telemetry, SCDs, continuous pulse ox machines, feeding pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, and iMobile communication technology.
Shift & Scheduling: 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple contract staff scheduled.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
