Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: Pre-op and post-op experience required. 1+ years of experience acceptable.
Unit Details: Pre/post position; not OR circulator. Patient ratios: 2-3:1 post-op and 1-2:1 pre-op, based on patient acuity. Uses bladder scanner, vein finder, and EKG machine. Procedures performed on unit include IV starts, administering basic IV infusions, foley insertion, and EKG.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
Floating Requirements: Float within Surgical Services PRN; otherwise, per facility policy.
