Required Skills/Experience: Strong clinical judgment and flexibility.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Rural ER experience is strongly preferred due to the independent nature of the setting, and all onboarding requirements must be completed by the compliance deadline.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Start date is May 25 with a strict compliance deadline of May 11 (no exceptions).
• This is a 36/48 night shift position in a fast-paced rural emergency department.
• Schedule will be "back of week"...every Thur-Fri-Sat and every other Wed

Floating Requirements: With occasional float to Gold Beach as needed.
