Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1st time travelers welcomed -- must have minimum of 18 months nursing experience in hospital/medical center setting. Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current med surg / medical surgical / oncology / neurology experience. Experience administering heparin required. Experience administering cardizem required. Experience administering amiodarone required. Experience caring for neurology patients required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience caring for oncology patients highly preferred.

Special Requests: Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market if they currently work there or have worked there within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH, the separation policy does not apply.

Unit Details: Patient ratios: Days/Evenings - 1:5, Nights - 1:6.

Shift & Scheduling: Sat, Sun, Mon. Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed. No call.

Floating Requirements: Will float between Med Surg and Stepdown -- unit is the stroke unit for the hospital.
