Required Skills/Experience:
- Home Health and Oasis experience required
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
- Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
Unit/Facility Details: Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
Shift & Scheduling: Schedule: Monday-Friday
Floating Requirements: May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.
