Couplet care experience required.
LDRP experience required.
Some NICU experience required.
Required Credentials:
Fetal monitoring: Must have taken intermediate once, and can be current with advanced.
Unit Details:
Patient ratios follow AWHONN guidelines.
Shift & Scheduling:
5-6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule.
There is no scheduled call, but flex down occurs according to unit census and staff rotation.
Floating Requirements:
Not required, but if needed, may float to task/secretary.
