Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials:
Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted.
Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only two attempts allowed.
Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only two attempts allowed.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details:
Patient population includes some cardiac patients.
