Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.
Unit Details: Uses MatrixCare/Matrix. Ratios: 1:10 on days, 1:19 on nights. Patient population includes heart disease, diabetes, and dementia. Acts as charge, passes meds, and performs wound care. No IVs or titratable drips. No tele monitoring; RNs do not read strips. Uses concentrators and portable concentrators.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other major holiday. No self-scheduling. No call.
Floating Requirements: First to float.
