Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether it was a teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with cardizem, amio, and nitro. Must be able to read and interpret telemetry independently.
Preferred Skills/Experience: ED holds experience preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Previous employees may be considered only as one-off exceptions with approval from St. Luke’s Health System. Block scheduling may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
Unit Details: Uses Epic. Patient ratios: ED holds 1:4; Med-Surg 1:5. Float pool includes ED boarders/holds, Med-Surg, and telemetry patients. Common patient population includes post-op, ortho, neuro, satellite telemetry, medical, oncology, CVA/TIA rule-out, CVA/TIA, chest pain, abdominal pain, and CHF. ED holds are intermixed with regular ER patients. RNs are required to titrate drips; common drips include heparin and insulin on Med-Surg, and cardizem, amio, nitro, heparin, and insulin in ED holds.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holiday coverage as needed. No call.
Floating Requirements: First to float. Assignments are provided via app 1 hour before shift start. May float within specialty to any facility in the region, including Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, and may be assigned as a 1:1 sitter in any area. May midshift float to different units and facilities as needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
