Required Skills/Experience:
Neonatal phlebotomy.
Experience in a Level 3 NICU or greater.
Mechanical ventilation, including high-frequency ventilators (jet or oscillator), minimum of 3 years.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Neonatal surgical recovery preferred.
Unit Details:
Documentation systems are CPN as the primary system and Meditech as secondary.
Equipment includes primarily jet-based HFV and NAVA ventilators.
Procedures and cases performed on the unit include circumcision, PDA ligation, chest tube placement, ROP, and total-body cooling.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:
Float to Women's Hospital units, including pediatrics over 1 year, Newborn Nursery, or technician coverage for antepartum or postpartum.
