Required Credentials:

• Must pass Airstrip telemetry competency.

Preferred Credentials:

• CCRN Certification

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in the post-acute setting.

Unit Details:

• Rehab/post-acute setting that may include telemetry patients.
• Uses patient lifts, iSTAT, and glucometers.
• Responsibilities include assisting with the rehabilitation care plan established by the interdisciplinary team, lab draws, IV antibiotics, IV medications as needed, blood administration as needed, head-to-toe assessments, inhaler/breathing treatments, and wound vac dressing changes.
