Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Required Skills/Experience: RNs only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Familiarity with IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care preferred.

Unit Details: Care for long-term residents at Hanover Terrace in Lebanon, NH. Work includes medication administration, resident assessment, nursing care plan development and implementation, and monitoring/responding to changes in condition. Unit focus includes memory care techniques and protocols, MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care facilities, operations in skilled nursing, sub-acute, and dementia units, case management practices, and support with PT, OT, SUD, and pain management.

Special Requests: You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.
