Additional Details:

Required Credentials:

  • Driver's license and utility bill must be included with submission.
  • Proof of address documentation must be in the traveler's name, match the address on the driver's license, and be issued within the last 3 months.
  • Accepted proof of address documents: cell phone bill; electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill; mortgage statement or lease agreement.
  • EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing will be required during compliance if offered.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Circulate and scrub experience preferred.

Special Requests:

  • Address on submitted documentation must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility.
  • No block scheduling requests.
  • You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:

  • Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • On call required.
  • Every fourth weekend.

Floating Requirements:

  • May float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities.

Required Skills/Experience: (RN) should have both foundational knowledge and practical skills related to cardiac monitoring as they will need to meet the scoring requirements for the EKG/Dysrhythmia competency that will be assigned during the compliance process if offered.
