Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Required Skills/Experience: New grads accepted with Level II experience; Level I observation experience alone is not sufficient. Long term care or rehab experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 3 years of experience preferred.
Unit Details: Treats patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. SLP treatment sessions are typically 30 minutes, with 10-14 patients scheduled per day depending on the number of evaluations. Group therapy is allowed. Dedicated device provided for documentation. May supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with the DOR. Start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. No weekends unless a holiday falls within Mon-Fri, then hours may be made up on the weekend. No call.
