Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. RCIS not accepted.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Community hospital experience is preferred. Coil embolization/peripherals/hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO must be approved at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Daily caseload: 8-12. Types of procedures: Coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias; coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, permanent pacemakers.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. Call required: up to 4 days a week; varies depending on need.
