Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Physical Therapy

Required Credentials:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Home health experience preferred.
• Completed a successful clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health preferred.
• 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is strongly preferred.

Preferred Credentials:

• Board Certification as Specialist in an area suitable for care in an acute care setting preferred.

Unit Details:

• Includes patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.
• Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation, participates in orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, and exercises independent judgment with moderately complex cases and minimal to no supervision.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday-Friday; no weekend shifts required.
• No on-call.

Floating Requirements:

• Expected to float within the Morris County region.
