Required Skills/Experience:
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required Credentials:
- Driver's license and auto insurance required.
Unit Details:
- Home hospice role.
- Coverage area: San Bernardino territory, excluding Victorville.
- Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri.
- On-call required.
Floating Requirements:
- May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60 mile radius from the facility address.
