Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• 24 months of current Med Surg / Medical Surgical / Med Surg Tele experience required.

Special Requests:

• Past UnityPoint Health employees who worked as FTE or PRN in the UPH float pool within the last 12 months cannot work travel in another market; this does not apply to prior UnityPoint Health travel assignments.

Unit Details:

• Patient population includes all types of med surg care, including overflow of post-op surgical hips/knees.
• Heparin drips.
• Remote telemetry technician monitoring.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
• Every third weekend.
• Holiday rotation as scheduled.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• Required to float across all campuses: Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran, and Iowa Methodist.
