Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience:
Will consider a Social Worker (LMSW, MSW, or LCSW) with 2YRS+ experience.
Inpatient case management experience required.
Discharge planning and handling large caseloads experience required.
Must be able to handle up to 20 pt assignment per day.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials:
You must have compact license or MD license.

Special Requests:
Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Infant, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:
Weekends required: 2 - 2 day weekends in a 6 week rotation.
Every other holiday required.

Floating Requirements:
Float to medical units, ICU/CCU, and Maternal Child required.
