Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Prior recent CA Dignity experience required.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Candidates may not have been directly employed full time, part time, or PRN by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity, within the past year. PRN employment through outside firms will be considered.

Unit Details: 15-20 patients seen/consults per day. Covers all areas of the hospital; no outpatient or home care. Both discharge planning and utilization review are required, including initial assessments. Works with all payers, uninsured, and homeless populations. Uses InterQual; training in IQ provided.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement is every other weekend depending on staffing; at least one full weekend per month. Holidays are not required but may be worked if willing.

Floating Requirements: First to float.
