Travel Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation Unit

Preferred Skills/Experience: Med/Surg/Rehab experience preferred. Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Preferred Credentials: QIM preferred. Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Inpatient rehabilitation patients age 18+ with neurological and other medical conditions causing loss of function in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, or communication; patients require 24-hour nursing care and are stable enough to participate in therapy. Admission and interdisciplinary assessments are completed by the care team, including the medical director, registered nurse, case manager, physical therapist, and occupational therapist, with additional input from dietary and psychology as indicated. IRFPAI is completed within three days of admission and within three days of discharge. Therapy program frequency, intensity, and length of stay are determined after full interdisciplinary assessment and may increase based on changes in patient condition. Patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:8 nights. Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Floating Requirements: Float to med/surg when needed.
