Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience in stroke and post-op back/spine/cervical
Preferred Skills/Experience: Any ICU/IMC (intermediate care) experience is strongly preferred
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate
Unit/Facility Details: Primary Cases: Stroke, post op spinal surgeries/brain surgeries. Neurology patients; mostly post stroke patients and post-op patients from brain/neck/spine surgeries. Many of our patients are post trauma patients and TBI. We do have medical patients at times as well.
Special Requests: Holidays: Holiday rotation (depending on need of the unit).
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend: Every other weekend. Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius.
