In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Ascension Cerner test-out required prior to start. Ascension Pharmacology exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty exam required prior to start; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG exam required prior to start; minimum 80% score with only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Busy labor and delivery unit with Level III NICU, OB ED, and antepartum areas.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend. Holiday rotation.
Floating Requirements: May be floated to Mother/Baby or like units on occasion.
