Required Skills/Experience:
Must have supervisory experience.
Must have experience at a similar sized hospital (minimum 400 bed size)
Special Requests:
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.
Unit Details:
Ensures the day-to-day operations of the department, prioritizing tasks and overseeing/coordinating scheduling, work assignments, and other assigned activities to maintain optimal throughput, efficiency, and quality to support the needs of patients and clinical/inpatient customers. Coordinates these activities across all shifts.
Works on the floor assisting the team in completing the daily work of the section. Fills in for sick, vacation, and holiday time.

Schedule: Sun-Thu.
