Unit Details: Works alongside a registered occupational therapist to implement treatment plans in a variety of therapy settings for patients and residents with illness, injury, or disability. Provides therapeutic exercises and assistance with self-care, functional status, range of motion, and environmental accommodations. Documents occupational therapy services in the resident medical record and supports discharge planning and resident assessment documentation.
Shift & Scheduling: Holidays as required.
