Travel Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• Epic EMR experience in a like unit within the last 12 months required.

Unit Details:

• Patient populations include geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, and telemetry patients.
• Telemetry ratios are currently 1:4 on days and 1:5 on nights.
• Med/Surg ratios are currently 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend rotation.
• Every other holiday rotation may be required.
• The traveler will not be part of a regular call rotation but may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census. If called in, the traveler is expected to be able to respond and arrive on-site within one hour.

Floating Requirements:

• The traveler will be required to float to units within scope at the West Burlington Campus and may be required to float to the Fort Madison or Henry County campuses.
• Floating may include any non-critical-care inpatient units, including Behavioral Health and the Emergency Department if there are boarded patients.
• If the traveler has critical care experience, they may be floated to the CCU or ICU.
