Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Hospital exp req and multiple locations
Need outpatient and can work inpatient if needed
Preferred Skills / Experience: Two years of clinical pharmacy experience
Required Credentials: PALS can be obtained on-site
Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD); PharmD preferred including 1 year residency
Special Requests: If you can start on the requested start date, you are more likely to be selected for an interview or offer.
No RTO or special requests.
