Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Min 2 year recent Medical Surgical experience, working in larger hospital (200 beds min), level 2 or higher trauma center. Travel experience required, unless multiple years of experience in a large Level 1 trauma center.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with surgical oncology patients preferred.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Must disclose previous Sanford Health employment. If previously employed by Sanford Health, the end date must be at least 6 months before submission.

Unit Details: Cares for Med-Surg and surgical oncology patients. Uses AccuDose, bladder scanner, Phillips monitors, and telemetry. Patient ratio is 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements: Home unit is 5SE, but can float to any Med-Surg unit on any campus.
