Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
2 or 3 years of Tele experience required.
Post-op cath care is required.
Cardiac drips with titration are required.
Management of dysrhythmias is required.
Interpretation of dysrhythmias is required.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend is required.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Floats to all units except M3, with helping-hands coverage in the ER.
Unit Details:
Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke, CHF, A-fib, arrhythmias, cardiac caths/stents, and med-surg care.
Equipment includes Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, ceiling Hoyer lift, portable Hoyer lift, portable cardiac monitoring, defib x2 when transporting, and an EKG machine.
Omnicell is used.
