Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. RTO must be requested upfront; 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.
Unit Details: Patient ratios: 1:3, 1:1 for laboring patients. Patient population includes obstetrics, postpartum, antepartum, post-surgical GYN, and pregnancies with hypertension or diabetes. RNs are required to titrate drips including Pitocin, Mag, and Procardia.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays as needed. No call.
Floating Requirements: Floating is very rare and only for critical staffing; if floated, duties would be to sit or perform task-based duties.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
