Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience in all 3 areas: pre-op, OR/circulator, and PACU; must be able to function as a primary caregiver in all three areas.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub experience preferred.

Unit Details: Provides direct patient care across pre-op, OR/circulator, and PACU within surgical services. Surgical cases include general and OB/GYN, with ophthalmology (cataract) and orthopedic surgeries once to twice a month. Responsibilities include recovering patients, circulating cases, preparing patients for surgery, and assisting with instrument and equipment processing in central sterilizing.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. Occasional late days to complete the daily surgical case load. Rotational call on weekdays, weekends, and holidays; averages 1-2 days per week and every other or every 3rd weekend, depending on staffing.
