Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years’ experience as an RN in pediatric critical care.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children’s hospital experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. Current Advanced NRP certification.
Special Requests: 1 reference must be from your most recent employment.
Shift & Scheduling: Days and Nights Available 7a – 7p & 7p – 7a Shift will be decided in the interview.
Floating Requirements: This assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICU. This assignment may float between all Locations:
• Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016
• Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
• Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392
• East Valley, 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297
