Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Preferred Skills/Experience

2 years of experience preferred.
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials

TNS is a suitable replacement for TNCC.

Special Requests

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
Parking costs $125/month.

Unit Details

Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
York Street Campus: adult-only patient population.
Saint Raphael Campus: small pediatric population.
Travelers do not get trauma/rescue rooms, triage, or locked behavioral health units.
ED technicians assist with blood draws, vital signs, splinting, EKGs, and daily care.

Shift & Scheduling

Every other weekend.
No call.

Floating Requirements

Will cross-train; assignment is to one campus with possibility of floating/rotating to other campuses and ED observation.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
