Special Requests: No RTO or special requests. If an offer is received, the facility needs your contract signed within 24 hours of making the offer. The facility has a tardy policy: If clinicians are more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use their services.

Required Skills/Experience: Previous hospital experience required.

Preferred Credentials: PharmD preferred. 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred. Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred.

Unit Details: Primarily an administrative pharmacy leadership role directing, managing, and supervising daily operations. Develops operational and financial outcome measures, tracking and monitoring systems, and quality improvement integration. Directs, implements, and evaluates departmental, functional, and service-related policies and procedures. Assesses program, service, and functional effectiveness and facilitates continuous process improvement. Supervises staff development and learning needs and coordinates learning opportunities. Oversees computer-based information and dispensing systems to support ongoing efficiency and accuracy of data capture. Manages purchasing and inventory management functions to support timely availability of pharmaceuticals and related products. Prepares monthly progress and operational reports and identifies areas for improvement. Supervises pharmacy technicians.
