Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Required Skills/Experience:
OASIS experience is required for all assignments requiring start of care (RN, PT).

Special Requests:
No RTO during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's; the actual holidays will not be worked, but RTO coverage for permanent staff will be provided during those weeks.
Travelers are expected to have their own transportation.

Unit Details:
Clients are grouped to minimize driving and windshield time.
May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points are standard.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday schedule.
