Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Home health experience required.
Unit Details: Coverage area includes Attleboro, Norton, Seekonk, Mansfield, Foxboro, Plainville, and surrounding areas. Average 6-7 visits per day for PTA/COTA.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. 1 Saturday every 5-6 weeks. Overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the Administrator.
Floating Requirements: May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60 mile radius from the facility address.
