Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience:
Must be able to do vascular.

Special Requests:
Free day-shift parking is in a detached lot 2 blocks away; free PM parking is in a lot attached to the hospital.

Unit Details:
Cases include breasts/plastics, vascular, laparoscopic, general oncology, genitourinary (GU), gynecology (GYN), and abdominal XI robots.
Equipment includes Alaris and Pyxis.

Shift & Scheduling:
Day-shift start times vary between 0530 and 0700.
On-call coverage includes 5-8 slots from 2230-0700 over an 8-week call schedule and requires a 30-minute response time.
Weekend coverage is provided through call, with 1-2 weekends of 12-hour call shifts on Saturday and Sunday in an 8-week call schedule; the schedule is subject to change based on staffing needs.
Holidays are primarily covered with call.
No call rooms are available.

Floating Requirements:
Floats within surgical services only.
