Travel Allied (CT Technologist) - CT

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years experience in Radiology.

Required Credentials:

• Clinicians must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a California Registered Nurse (RN) license from the CA Board of Registered Nursing.
• Satisfactory completion of formal training program in an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine technology that meets the requirements for the State of California and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent.

Special Requests:

• If worked at Sharp for 0-6 months, must wait at least 6 months before returning.
• If worked at Sharp for 6-12 months, must wait at least 12 months before returning.
• Former San Diego (including Temecula) residents must have permanent residence established outside of SD county (including Temecula) for a minimum of 1 year.
• Must not be working in SD for 1 year in order to apply as a traveler.

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-call on an as-needed basis with a 45-minute response time. If a dose is needed, the NM tech will call the pharmacy from home to order the dose and inform the ordering provider that there will be a wait for the dose to arrive. They will then come in when the dose is expected to arrive (can be an hour to an hour and half).
• Every other weekend. Variable shifts M-F (0630-1500, 730-1600, or 830-1730).
