Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Completion of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Completion of clinical and A.R.R.T. requirements. Applicant must be able to meet the requirements for the National Registry and pass such examination.

Special Requests: Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

Unit Details: Performs portable x-ray examinations in patient rooms, operating rooms, and emergency room. Prepares radiopaque contrast media and assists physicians with administration. Includes administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, patient instruction, film filing, records maintenance, and patient reception.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend night shift. Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. On-call required.
