Travel Allied (Social Worker) - Case Management

Required Skills/Experience:

• Behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and safety planning.
• Discharge planning for post-acute placements, including understanding SNF level of care and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with ITA (Involuntary Treatment Act) and the process of involuntary admits in the clinician's home state.

• Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will not be considered.
• Only 1 active application is allowed for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). You may apply to different shifts on the same unit and facility, but not to another position with the same shift on the same unit and facility.

Unit Details:

• Adult inpatient population primarily across ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and ER.
• May also support Mother/Baby, L&D, and NICU.
• May serve as the remote resource social worker for Covington ER psych patients.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: potentially 1 weekend day shift 3x/month or every other full weekend.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• May float to Covington.
