Travel Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Unit

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation, neonatal resuscitation, newborn and maternal assessment, and IV skills.

Unit Details:

• Management of labor and delivery, postpartum maternal care, newborn care, and GYN surgical patients.
• Uses paper charting, an electronic medication administration record, external fetal monitor, doppler, infant warmer, newborn scale, and electronic blood pressure machine.
• Will not be assigned charge nurse duties and will not be the only Birthing Center RN available in the hospital during the shift.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends required.
• No call requirement.

Floating Requirements:

• Float to assist in the ER, Med/Surg, and SCU, but will not have a patient assignment.
