Additional Details:
Unit/Facility Details: Will need to arrive at the Facility the Friday prior to start date.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Schedule work 36-40/hours a week with flexibility. Work schedule will be split between the two facilities with.
- 3 days/week at Kona Community Hospital, and 2 days/week at Kohala Hospital (or visa versa) for example. Will include 1 weekend day but is flexible.
- Holiday coverage required.
- Start date is Contingent on passing Epic test.
