Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Management

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Extensive RN manager and clinical practice manager experience required.
• Previous apheresis leadership experience required.
• Cellular apheresis experience required.
• FACT accreditation experience required.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Strong background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy required.

Required Credentials:

• If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (7/13/23)

Unit Details:

• RN manager role overseeing the Apheresis program; not a floor dialysis/apheresis position.
• Lead the Apheresis program with oversight of 12 FTEs.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations.
• Partners with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri onsite; hours are flexible since this is a manager role.
• Leadership on-call rotation: 1 week every 3rd week for after-hours coverage 7pm - 7am, plus weekend coverage.
