Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Epic test-out and training checklist with signed attestation required. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every 3rd weekend; every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
