Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: TTM, hemodynamics, and PA catheter skills required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with vents, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, CPAP, and IV medications including Levophed, epinephrine, insulin, Neosynephrine, dopamine, dobutamine, propofol, Precedex, fentanyl, Versed, amiodarone, lidocaine, and paralytics preferred.
Unit Details: No unit secretary or CNA support; direct patient care. Uses ventilators, Arctic Sun, rapid infusers, CRRT machines, IV med pumps, SCD machines, cooling blankets, and glucometers. Procedures performed on unit include intubation, chest tube insertion, bronchoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, wound debridement, and line insertion.
Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: Floats to all ICUs and IMC.
