Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).

Special Requests: Current or previous employees may be considered as a one-off exception, but a written request is required to apply.

Unit Details: Provides patient screening, evaluation, treatment, individualized plan of care development, discharge planning, documentation, and supervision of PTAs and rehab techs.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. No call.
