Additional Details:
Special Requests:
- Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Unit Details:
- Patients are more than 35 weeks in labor and mom/baby couplets.
- Titrates antepartum/labor drips including magnesium, oxytocin, LR, and Zofran; postpartum medications/drips include prenatal vitamin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, Percocet, and Toradol.
- Neonatal vent support includes CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow.
- EFM system: OB TraceVue.
- Rural hospital with limited services; NICU is more than 1 hour away.
- Surgery is in charge of C-sections; the RN circulates for the baby.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Day/night rotate, 7-7.
- Every third weekend.
- Holidays as needed.
- Block scheduling.
Floating Requirements:
- Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients.
