Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
Provides acute inpatient and potentially inpatient rehabilitation unit (IRU) coverage.
Evaluates and manages conditions and diagnoses requiring rehabilitation services.
Educates patients and families on diagnoses, management, and additional treatments.
Schedules and coordinates additional services.
Patient population includes all patients with a need for rehabilitative services.
Outpatient services run Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 and 5; acute care services run 7 days per week between the hours of 7 and 6.
Shift & Scheduling:
Mondays 0930 -0600, with the possibility of working later to support ER/total joint surgeries.
T-Fri 0800-0430.
Weekend coverage is anticipated for 4 weekends; clinicians working a weekend would receive a day off during the week. Weekend coverage depends on contract start and end dates and may potentially include 10/31-11/1, 11/28-11/29, and 12/19-12/20.
