Travel Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care Unit

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Stepdown, Intermediate Care, or PCU experience required. Ventilator/trach experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: ICU experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Associate degree or certificate.

Unit Details: Heavy telemetry. Cares for stable and weaning vent/trach patients, sepsis, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, and insulin drips.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday. Orientation week may have reduced hours. Holiday week hours may vary if the unit is closed.

Floating Requirements: Floats to all inpatient units as needed; typically to higher acuity units.
